Below are the documents you'll need to buy or sell a unit. If you need a condo certification, please submit your request to SalemSquareBoard@gmail.com and attach a completed Sales Form (below).
Salem Square Condominiums is FHA certification has expired as of March 2020. Our renewal application is currently processing and Salem Square is correcting any rejections (0404220).

This form must be completed and returned to Salem Square before we can release additional information to assist with a sale.
