Salem Square Condominiums is FHA certification has expired as of March 2020. Our renewal application is currently processing and Salem Square is correcting any rejections (0404220).

If you're ready to list your home, have a showing or open house, or need help explaining our condo fees, this Sales Brochure will help you out. This Sales Brochure describes the amenities offered by Salem Square and a breakdown of our condo fees.
